The cheesiest trail in town is BACK for Spring! After three years away, Mac & Mocktails makes its highly anticipated return to the Historic District on Saturday, April 11th. Shake off the winter blues and stroll through downtown Bethlehem, sampling gourmet mac & cheese masterpieces crafted by the city’s top chefs. To keep your palate refreshed, our local merchants will be serving up bright, handcrafted mocktails at every stop.
Reserve your passport today before they’re all gone—it’s the greatest way to spend the day!
Each trail takes about an hour and a half to complete. Please arrive within the time slot you reserved to start your delicious journey at 74 W. Broad Street, Suite 240 (the same floor as Edge Restaurant). Pick up your official “Mac and Mock Passport” and map, and get ready for an adventure that’s shaping up to be our cheesiest yet!
At each stop, flash your passport for a gourmet mac & cheese sample and a refreshing mocktail pairing as you meander to the next destination. Once you’ve completed your rounds, cast your vote by scanning the QR code on your card! Voting will be open until 8 PM on Sunday, April 12, so don’t miss your chance to stir up support for your favorite dish!
