Planning an event in Historic Bethlehem? We want to help connect your event with our downtown business community.
This form is designed for organizations hosting large-scale events that may impact or involve our merchants. By sharing your event details with us, we can help keep Downtown Bethlehem Association (DBA) businesses informed, encourage collaboration, and identify opportunities for merchant participation.
Events with an anticipated attendance of 50 or more attendees are encouraged to submit.
All submissions will go through a verification process to ensure accuracy and relevance. Once approved:
- Event details will be shared with DBA merchants via email
- Your event will be added to the DBA Partner Calendar
- Merchants will have the opportunity to learn about and engage with your event
